Dean joined Natural Grass in June 2021 – bringing with him more than 30 years of global pitch management experience within stadia environments. 

Throughout his career, Dean has trained and mentored grounds personnel through the FIFA Pitch Improvement Programme & Pitch Quality Initiative and has assisted in the delivery of over 20 tournament opening ceremonies – including UEFA Club finals.

He has worked with grounds team that manage cool and warm season grasses, sports pitch transitions and differing budgets and he takes great pleasure in witnessing their improving standards and expertise. 

Dean was awarded the GMA International Award in 2019.
