Jason has operated within the sports and leisure turf industry for over 28-years, which included his 14-year role as Group Director for a leading sportsturf contracting business. 

Throughout his career he has worked with the national governing bodies of sport, local authorities, the education sector, elite sports clubs to support facility development and maintenance. These projects partners include: the Birmingham 2022 - Commonwealth Games; London 2012 Olympic Games; the FA/Football Foundation, Everton FC; Chelsea FC; QPR FC; and Eton College … to name a few. 

Jason was also Chair of the Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) in 2020, where he oversaw the appointment of a new CEO, restructured the Board, and implemented a new vision and strategy for the association. 

Jason founded Coaching Works in 2022. Through professional coaching, Jason supports individuals to successfully navigate business’ challenges and capitalise on opportunities. He also works with senior and management leadership teams to help improve team performance by building a culture for effective teamwork.
