Lee and his grounds team manage 1,500 acres of sports surfaces and landscaped areas at Eton College. 

The sports facilities include 38 grass football and rugby pitches, 11 grass cricket squares, a nine-hole golf course and various artificial surfaces – including four hockey pitches, 24 tennis courts and 16-lane cricket nets. They also maintain nine artificial cricket pitches, field games and athletics.

Lee joined Eton College from Charterhouse School were he was Grounds Manager for four years. Previous to that he worked at Harrow School for 12 years.
