Neil Stubley is currently the Head of Courts and Horticulture at The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon. As part of his role he is also consultant to LTA, ATP and WTA on national and international grass court tournaments. 

He has been in his current role since 20212 when he took over from the previous Head Groundsman, Eddie Seaward. Neil started his career at AELTC in 1995 and has just completed his 28th Championships. Neil is currently a GMA Board Director’.
