Paul has worked in the land-based sector for 30 years and set up his Amenity Training and Consultancy company 15 years ago. 

His company provides a range of industry-focused land-based training and consultancy services to suit the needs of the business and staff. These include bespoke courses and unique services specifically focused on client requirements.

Paul is an OSCHR registered consultant and City and Guilds Assessor.
