Vic has held the post of Head Groundsman at Durham CCC for the past 10 seasons, where he has led his team in providing exceptional international and domestic pitches.

He previously worked as Deputy Head Groundsman at Trent Bridge, and before that he worked on the grounds teams at various clubs across the UK.
