Promoter
The competition is organised by Grounds Management Association, Stratford Office Village, 28, Walker Ave, Milton Keynes MK12 5TW, organiser of SALTEX.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all visitors aged 18 or over who register to attend SALTEX 2024 at the NEC, Birmingham on 30 & 31 October 2024. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, SALTEX Exhibitors and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must register to attend SALTEX via the official registration process on 29 October 2024 by 11:59 pm.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple registrations will not increase the chances of winning.
Prize Details
The prize is a RYOBI bundle, including:

- 36V MAX POWER 6A FAST CHARGER, 36V MAX POWER 4.0Ah Lithium+ Battery

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Draw Details
All eligible attendees who have registered for SALTEX will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be selected at random on 30 October 2024.
The winner will be announced at the event.
Claiming the Prize
To claim the prize, the winner must be present at SALTEX. If the winner does not attend on either day of the event, an alternative winner will be selected.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of attendance.
Distribution of the Prize
The delivery of the prize bundle will be covered.
Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition, both during and after the event, without further compensation.
Liability
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including network, computer, or software failures, which may impact entry or participation.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By entering the competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be used only to administer this competition and by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
